ABSTRACT
This presentation, geared at English language teachers in Belgium, will provide an overview of resources that the British Council has available to support teachers in their day-to-day activities, with a particular focus on English language examinations, increasingly required for studying or working abroad. This interactive presentation will both look at professional development, as well as British Council digital tools and resources.
BIOGRAPHY
Hannah Mason is the Marketing Manager for the British Council in the Netherlands and Belgium. In this role, she focuses on English language testing, teacher support as well as cultural and education collaboration between the Netherlands and the UK. Previously she has held various positions at Oxford Analytica, Economist Intelligence Unit and Leiden University.
Alixia Garceau is the Marketing Coordinator for the British Council in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. In her role, she focuses on English language testing, teacher support and opening opportunities for young people to go abroad.
