This practical workshop offers educators actionable strategies, engaging activities, and targeted tasks designed to foster the development of Future Skills among Gen Alpha students. Emphasis will be placed on effective, motivating, and interesting teaching methods that can be implemented even in environments with limited technological resources. Participants will leave equipped with practical tools and ideas to enhance their teaching practice and better connect with today’s youngest learners.
Sanja Rašković, M.A., is an experienced English teacher and trainer with 30 years in ELT. She holds certifications including CELTA, NLP Trainer, NeuroLanguage Coach, CertIBET, and Teaching Excellence. Sanja has delivered workshops at over 20 international conferences and provided teacher training for Croatian and regional Teachers' Associations as well as for Pearson and the Goethe Institute.
