You don't have to register for a particular session beforehand. On the day, you go to the room where the session of your choice takes place.
If the room is full, you will have to choose another session. Start planning now!
There is no need to print the schedule. You will get a copy on BELTA Day.

The conference will be held at Erasmushogeschool – Campus Bloemenhof, which is a university college located in the city centre of Brussels. Campus Bloemenhof is near the Dansaert district.

Zespenningenstraat / Rue des Six Jetons 70
1000 Brussels

Here is a link to the location of the campus on Google Maps.
We are housed on the 3rd and 4th floors of the building.
If you are coming to the conference by train, which we recommend, you can get off at Central Station in Brussels. The venue is about a 15-minute walk from the Central Station.

Please note: there is no parking available at the venue.

Checking in

The check-in opens at 8:30. Upon arriving in the building, you can go up to the 4th floor (stairs or lift), to the exhibition hall.
Somebody will show you the BELTA table where you register and receive your name badge.

Certificate of Attendance and Proof of Payment

All delegates will get a certificate of attendance after the event. If your school needs a proof of payment other than your bank statement, please mail us and we will send you a proof of payment.

Exhibition Hall

Please take your time to visit the stands of the exhibitors in the exhibition hall on the 4th floor. Why not check out their info and websites on the Sponsors page before BELTA Day so you can ask them any questions you may have about their products or services.

There will be coffee and tea when you arrive in the morning. During the day there are two more coffee breaks.
Lunch will include a good selection of traditional and vegetarian sandwiches.

International delegates & speakers

There are plenty of hotels in all price ranges near the venue. NOTE: This appears to be a busy weekend in Brussels, so you will want to book a hotel as soon as possible.
