Getting to the Venue

The conference will be held at Erasmushogeschool – Campus Bloemenhof, which is a university college located in the centre of Brussels. We are housed on the 3rd and 4th floors of the building, which is located on the Zespenningenstraat / Rue des Six Jetons 70, 1000 Brussels.

Here is a link to the location of the campus on Google Maps and is a PDF document (from the school) with travelling directions.

If you are coming to the conference by train, which we recommend, you can get off at Central Station in Brussels. The venue is about a 10-minute walk from Central Station.
If you are coming by bus, by metro, then.please consult the appropriate service provider’s website.

Please note: there is no parking available at the venue.

Arriving at the Venue

When you arrive at the venue, there will be a volunteer to greet you and point you in the right direction.

Checking-in

The check-in opens at 8:00. Upon arriving in the building, you will be met by one of our wonderful volunteer, who will direct to the elevators. Take the elevator up to the 4th floor - The Exhibition Hall - where you can check-in, receiving your conference badge, a copy of the day's schedule and your conference gift bag. Then stay for some coffee, some networking and, maybe, visiting some of our sponsors and partners.

International delegates & speakers

There are plenty of hotels in all price ranges near the venue. NOTE: This appears to be a busy weekend in Brussels, so you will want to book a hotel as soon as possible.
