Travel to Belgium

If you are traveling to Belgium from outside the country, you have a number of options:

By Plane:

If you are flying into Belgium, we strongly suggest that you fly into the Brussels Airport in Zaventem (code: BRU). Most major airlines fly into Zaventem. From Zaventem, you can easily take a train to Brussels Central Station, which is the closest to the venue. If you go to their website, you find all the information you need for traveling from there to Brussels. Buses and taxis are also available.

By Train:

A number of international trains converge in Brussels, including the Eurostar, the Thalys, the ICE trains and the Amsterdam trains. They arrive in either Brussels North or Brussels South. From either station, you can easily travel by bus, local train or taxi to your hotel or Brussels Central Station. Check out the International Train Service site from the Belgian train company, SNCB.

By Car:

We strongly suggest NOT traveling by car. Brussels is governed by a large low emission zone, which could be problematic for you. Before deciding to travel by car, please go the Low Emission Zone Brussels website to see if your is car allowed within the zone.
