Getting to the Venue

Erasmushogeschool – Campus Bloemenhof is a university college located in the centre of Brussels. The conference is housed on the 3rd and 4th floors of the building.

If you are coming to the conference by train, which we recommend, you can get off at Central Station in Brussels. The venue is about a 10-minute walk from Central Station.

If you are coming by bus, by metro, then please consult the appropriate service provider’s website.

Please note: there is no parking available at the venue.

Arriving at the Venue

When you arrive at the venue, you will be directed to take the lift up to the 3rd floor (Speakers) or the 4th floor (delegates).

SOME IMPORTANT FACTS FOR SPEAKERS:

  1. There are NO computers in the session or plenaries rooms; therefore, you are expected to bring your own laptop plus any VGA adapters needed (especially for MAC computers). Each room is equipped with a project, a VGA cable that connects to the projector, and an audio cable for sound.

  2. There are NO copy facilities available at the venue. If you plan on using handouts, please make copies ahead of time. The plenary room holds about 165 - 180 people and each session room between 30 and 50 people.

  3. Speakers can test their equipment on Friday afternoon during the setup time between 2 pm and 5 pm. If you visit to come and try out your equipment, please let us know.

  4. A manned and locked speakers' room is available to store equipment before and after your session.
